Anyway, PhoenixFeather Cards are finally here!! You might have heard about them, or not. Either way they are really cool. And not only are they for sale on my site, but you can also find them at Shady Lane in Palo Alto, one of my favorite stores.

All of this said I'm about to start asking and even begging for your help. I have been working on finding some places to take my cards and catalogs to sell. However I've also been working on making the cards, catalogs, invoices and other such paperwork and therefore haven't gotten a long way with the store search. Plus only having been in the bay area about a year an a half, many of you know stores around here better than I do. So...

What I'm Asking: I'm looking for store names, addresses, phone numbers, even owner names of stationary stores, gift stores that also happen to carry cards, bookstores, markets, restaurants, anything that you have seen has an interest in selling cards. Especially local artist cards.

I'm not so much looking for chains at this point. Just small stores that have one or maybe two locations. And I am mostly looking in the bay area to begin with, because I like the idea of visiting places personally. However, if you live elsewhere, don't let that stop you from giving me the info of stores near you. I DO plan to do a mailing, phone and even sales rep campaign in the next few months.

What's In It For You? Thats right, I have a referral rewards program. For every referral that you give me who also makes a purchase you will receive 1 free card. And then for every 10 cards that store orders in their FIRST order you will receive another free card. You are fairly certain to get at least 2 cards out of every referrer that purchases.

To be fair (and cost effective), only the first person to refer a location will get the rewards. However if you have a unique relationship with a location that can help get me in the door, you may also get the rewards. I will keep track of who gives which referrals and let you know if you sent me something I already have.

And one last thing. If you yourself would like to receive one of my print card catalogs in the mail, email me with your snail mail address and I'll get it right out to you. And I promise I won't give your addresses to anyone else!
